If you place your order online by around 12:00 noon, we will pick it up on the same day and return it around 5pm the next day.

If you will be away for sightseeing, etc., you can borrow the laundry bag provided at the hotel and leave it at the front desk, and we will pick it up for you.

Payment can be made online or in cash (Japanese yen).


If you use Fuwarabo, there is no need to go to a coin laundry.

① Time to take the laundry to the coin laundry 
② Time to wait for the laundry to finish at the coin laundry 
③ Time to wait for the laundry to dry at the coin laundry. 
④ Time to fold the laundry after returning to the hotel.

With Fuwarabo, all of the time from ① to ④ is unnecessary.

Pickup & delivery Timetable

If you place your online order by noon on the same day, we will pick it up the same evening and deliver it by around 5pm the next day.

As a general rule, the gift is returned the next day in the evening.

*However, we are closed on Sundays, so
① If you order online on Saturday, pick up on Saturday ⇒ Return by 5pm on Monday evening

②If you order online on Sunday, the delivery will be picked up on Monday and returned on Tuesday afternoon.

If you are going sightseeing ontha day of pick up.

Please inform the hotel front desk that you will be using Fuwarabo and leave your laundry at the front desk.

We will drop off your laundry at the front desk.

The same applies to delivery days; if you are not home, please pick up your luggage from the hotel front desk.

You can pay by credit card or cash (Japanese yen).

If you are using a credit card, we will send a payment-specific URL to your registered email address.
